Directions to the Refuge

The Refuge is open year round from one half hour before sunrise to one half hour after sunset. Access to the refuge is through the main entrance off Hudson Road in Sudbury and through the north entrance on White Pond Road in Stow.

To get to the main entrance from the east, from Sudbury Center head west on Hudson Road for 3 miles to 680 Hudson Road (Sudbury). Turn right (north) into the refuge entrance drive at the refuge's sign. Parking is available about 50 yards up the drive. Continue along the drive to reach the Visitor Center.

To get to the main entrance from the west, from Hudson Center, head east on Main Street into Sudbury, passing the Massachusetts State Fire Academy. Turn left (north) into the refuge entrance drive at the refuge's sign at 680 Hudson Road (Sudbury). Parking is available about 50 yards up the drive. Continue along the drive to reach the Visitor Center.

To get to the main entrance from the north, take Rte 27 south to Fairbank Road, south (right) onto Fairbank Road, follow to Hudson Road, turn right and follow posted signs driving west to the entrance.

The north entrance to the refuge can be reached off of White Pond Road in Stow. White Pond Road is located on the south side of Great Road (Rtes 62/117) about 3/4 of a mile east of Lower Village.
