Children's Fishing Clinic
Have you ever wanted your kids to learn how to fish? Now’s your chance, let the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife’s Angler Education Program be their guide! We’ll have equipment, tackle, and bait on hand for use at no cost. Your children will learn the basics, from casting out, to baiting up, followed by some real fishing.
This “learn to fish” program designed for beginners (children between the ages of 5-17), will start indoors at the Visitor Center and then head out to the fishing pier on Puffer Pond for some hands-on experience. Pre-registration is required and spots are limited, so please contact Jim Lagacy at firstname.lastname@example.org or (508) 389-6309.
